The Derby ‘N’ Dance Party Custom Video Horse Racing will take your event to a whole new level!
We will have you provide the names of people that you know will be in attendance at your event and those will become horse (stable) owners. For example: for a company event, these could be corporate officers, managers, department heads, staff, VIP guests, etc. For a fundraiser event, horse (stable) owners can be companies and/or individuals who sponsor horses.
You can also name the horses!
Our announcer creates CUSTOM voice overs for the beautiful digital races using the names provided. We also produce a custom race program featuring the horses, horse (stable) owner’s, and your logo or a picture.
Guests will take their race program to one of the Wagering Windows to write their name and select one horse per race. If their horse wins, they receive a prize drawing ticket. The more winners a player picks, the more tickets they will have for the prize drawing. This is only one of many ways we have that you can choose to reward race winners.
An interactive DJ/Emcee with state-of-the-art sound and lighting provides dance music between the races which heightens the excitement even more!
Attendees clutch their race programs and scream and shout while watching the custom video horse race, cheering for their favorite horse to win! This creates awesome energy and excitement and unforgettable entertainment for your guests!

Each race features your attendees on the race program, and announced in the videos! This is fun-filled, interactive entertainment for all ages and EVERYONE PLAYS AT THE SAME TIME!

Our affiliate DJ/MC will announce the event and explain the process to the guests.
The guests then take their race program to one of the wagering windows and select one horse in each race that they think will win.
